The flavours of sour cherries are intense, tart and somewhat tannic when fresh.

Mango Nectarines

Soft and juicy with a smooth texture and a flavour that lives up to its name: sweet and tropical, reminiscent of mango with a tart finish.

Nectarines

Flesh is perfumed with aromatics, overtly juicy when ripe, and golden coloured with red bleeds at the skin and surrounding the central rough pit.

Plums, Damson

Thick, dark blue, bloomy skins that are rich in acrid tasting tannins. The interior has a low flesh to seed ratio, with a somewhat dry texture.

Plums, Empress

Large oblong-shaped. Powdery white bloom on its otherwise purplish-blue skin. Firm yet juicy flesh that holds a central pit that is easily removed.

Plums, Yellow Lemon

As Lemon plums mature, they develop an orange-red spot at the tip, which eventually covers the entire fruit in an orange blush, later darkening into ruby-red.  Acidic and sour when young. Sweet and tangy as it matures.

Medium size greenish-yellow fruit is juicy and moderately sweet with a pleasing mild flavour.

Pluots

Pluots have the initial appearance of a mottled plum. Colourings range from red-skinned and pale amber-skinned to ruby-fleshed and blazing gold fleshed.

Rainier Cherries

Layers of golden hues blushed with tones of pink and red. The flavour of Rainier Cherries is memorably sweet and low acid with a caramel-like finish on the palate.

Red Velvet Apricots

Dark cherry coloured, smooth velvet textured thin and taught skin. Flesh's colour is laced with tones of tangerine and bleeds of deep red.

White Peaches

Low in acid, allowing for their natural sweetness to be more pronounced. Their Skin is fuzzy and creamy white in colour with blushes of red and pink.
